    The breakfast is wonderful and amazing with cinnamon french toast and exceptional selections, for instance, and the service is excellent. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and very pleasant, managed the parking on site.

    beautiful views of the ocean from well-equipped rooms. large bed, well-trained personnel in a pleasant manner. location next to the las haddas restaurant and coffe shop. lovely pool, parking on-site.

    Perfect for family vacations

    The staff treated my kids like royalty. I couldn't believe how my boys loved the giant pool and the playground area. They were entertained while I enjoyed some well-deserved quiet time by the poolside. And to top it off, the meals we had were just fantastic, who knew hotel food could be this good?

    Not the cheapest option out there but honestly worth it for what you get.

    The room offered a fine city view that really captures the energy of the place. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries that were definitely a morning highlight.

    The location felt a bit isolated, which can be a hassle. The bathrooms were small and showed signs of age, and the shower wasn't the cleanest . We had to switch rooms multiple times due to issues like a broken A/C and noisy neighbors.

    During my recent business trip, I stayed at Sheraton and was impressed by the professional service and amenities. The Beautiful Guest Room offered a fine view of the city and ocean, along with a comfortable bed that was conducive to productive rest. The breakfast spread was really good, with a variety of selections including freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The staff was particularly attentive, efficiently assisting me with my work needs and providing quick responses to any inquiries I had.

    The fitness center was occasionally crowded, making it difficult to find available equipment.

    The pool area was fine, and the fitness center was perfect for my workouts. A special shoutout to senor gaitan, who was awesome at handling our issues. The food options were fantastic.

    It was just a decent option for a weekend in Panama City with good value. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, and the made-to-order omelets were great. Make sure to avoid weekends if you want a quiet stay.

    We loved the pool and the casual restaurants. The concierge was super helpful, coordinating our trips to see the local sites. Don't miss the gym with free classes. A fantastic experience and highly recommended.

    We had some trouble with the valet service. They seemed overwhelmed and not very cute, disappointing at times.
